Solicitor – Head of Private Client Legal

Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a prestigious Law Firm based in North Kent who are seeking to appoint a Head of Private Client Solicitor into their Team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a Firm that is friendly and well respected in Kent. You will already be a Senior Associate looking to progress or even Partner level looking for a new challenge.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of private client matters and proactively network within the Team to generate new business and reputation. You will lead, motivate and manage the Private Client Department, mentoring and coaching more juniors members of the team. You will be responsible for providing high quality professional advice, promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition when dealing with certain matters.

You will be qualified in England & Wales and have sound management and leadership skills. Confident IT skills and knowledge of case management systems along with attention to detail is essential.
