Absolute Executive Search are working with a well established Distribution Company looking for a Group HR & Payroll Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company and develop the team.
Advise and support the Company on HR issues.
Train and develop the Management team.
Continually review and update policies, procedures and practices.
Conduct audits as required.
Train and support the HR and Payroll teams.
Ensure all Payroll deadlines are met by management and payroll team.
Support culture change and implementation of HR initiatives across the business.
Highly organised and can prioritise tasks.
Hands on approach to HR management.
Good working knowledge of HR policies in a fast paced Distribution or Logistics environment would be highly advantageous.
Continually keep up to date with new HR and Payroll Legislation.
Friendly and professional.
8.30am to 5.00pm (Some flexibility will be required.)
