Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well-established law firm in Yorkshire who are searching for a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their growing friendly team in Huddersfield.

The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team and have experience in handling a varied workload dealing with cases and providing legal advice to patients who lack capacity to make decisions on matters such as daily care, residence, contact, sexual relations, medical treatment etc.

Candidate Requirements:-

• Able to manage own caseload of clients.
• Very organised and able to prioritise work load.
• Use own initiative and work proactively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
• Flexibility to travel around to country to assist clients.
• PQE considered at all levels.

Competitive salary based on PQE.
