Associate Commercial Litigation Solicitor Legal
Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a well-established and Legal 500 Law Firm based in Kent who are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team.
The Commercial Litigation department specialisein providing advice and assistance on matters concerning contentious probate, debt claims, contract claims, landlord and tenant disputes, property issues and civil litigation.
Job Responsibilities:-
- Meeting and advising clients on litigation matters.
- Produce and provide all relevant legal documentation.
- Liaise with clients answering any relevant queries and keep them up to date on progress made.
- Get involved with business development and marketing of the firm.
- Train, mentor and develop more junior members of the team.
- Support and work directly with the Managing Partner.
Job Requirements:-
- Minimum 3 years PQE.
- Good all round knowledge of Commercial Litigation Law.
- Excellent customer service skills at all levels.
- Good communication skills.
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks.
- Able to work well on own and as part of the team.
- Proven record of developing a team.
Hybrid working is available.
Salary: Competitive and DOE.
Relocation allowance offered to candidates living outside of Kent.
